Ingredients
  1. 2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  2. 1 pkg of Smithfield Bacon
  3. 8 eggs
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp garlic power
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. 1/2 cup finely shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a 13 x 9 baking dish, with each slice of bacon and make a little pile. Cook for 30 mins.
  3. Once cooked, set on a paper towel to drain off the excess fat.
  4. Drop the oven temp to 350 degree F.
  5. To make the scrambled eggs, beat the eggs with the salt, peppers, garlic powder, and onion power. Cook eggs as you normally would. Set aside.
  6. Unroll dough and separate. Top each triangle with bacon, egg and cheese.
  7. Roll up, as directed.
  8. Place on cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
  1. Just a suggestion, make extra! They will go fast! This is for a double batch because everyone eats at least 2.
